New Project – ChoBlog!Hey Guys. Boy do I have something special happening. This will blow your socks off. Just listen. I am starting a new project called ”CHOBLOG”. Here is a quick rundown of what is CHOBLOG. ChoBlog is going to be a place for people to create a FREE blog, which SO many more features than WordPress. ChoBlog looks 100% like a WordPress blog, and even on the Dashboard for a ChoBlog is looks not one thing different than a WordPress dashboard. Here are the features to ChoBlog: 1. – Shorter Domain: Instead of a blog like ”myblog.wordpress.com” it will be ”myblog.choblog.com”. 2. – No Name Restrictions: Even if a blog URL that is taken on WordPress.com, you can have on ChoBlog. So chobots.wordpress.com is taken, but chobots.choblog.com IS NOT TAKEN! 3. – Free CSS: You get FREE CSS! That is 15 UNITED STATES DOLLARS on Wordpress.com! But on ChoBlog it is FREE!! 4. – Plugins: You get to install free plugins, you can’t have Wordpress plugins on Wordpress.com. 5. – Import your Wordpress.com Blog: Let’s say you have a Wordpress.com blog. You can import your Wordpress.com blog, all of your posts, comments, header, theme, in one click, right over to your ChoBlog. 6. – No Ads: ChoBlog has NO advertisements built it. HOWEVER: If you have any advertisements to put on your blog like Google Adsense or any other ad – it will work with ChoBlog, so you can put your own ads on your ChoBlog. 7. – All of the features: It’s just like your own Wordpress blog, it is an exact replica of Wordpress, but with more features! Same dashboard, same easy navigation of Wordpress! And because it is your own blog, you can add users to your blog just like any Wordpress blog! You can add posts, pages, widgits, anything! 8. – Wordpress stats! You even get Wordpress stats to where you can see how many people have come to your ChoBlog! All you have to do is link it to your Wordpress.com blog – and you can view your stats! (I will teach you how to do this) 9. – - 100% Free – None of this will cost you A CENT. Wow chobot that sounds soooooo awsome heres a question when u import your wordpress.com blog do u still keep you wordpress.com blog or does it get deleted?

chobot: The WordPress blog you import from DOES NOT GET DELETED.
this is a great project when do you think it is gonna be released and what will be the URL ?
chobot: It will be released around next week, possibly even earlier. The URL will probably be choblog.com, still deciding the final name of it.

chobot: If you want you’re own .com without the ChoBlog in it yes, but I would have to do it through the admin panel of all of the blogs, to get a .com it is 15 dollars, and I can’t give anyone a free domain, so if you’d like to buy one, email me at ”chobot@chobotsgang.com”.

chobot: Sure, I will have tutorials for all of what you need to know, and I think I MAY be able to get Blogger instead of Wordpress for the people who like Blogger, but it wouldn’t have the free CSS and all of the other good stuff.

chobot: Sure, you can disable comments, I don’t know why you would not want to though.
Will we be able to put Java Content in for widgets, because that doesn’t work on wordpress, if you wanna put a chobot tracker on the side.
chobot: Yep! And I know the code that will ONLY work on ChoBlog (not on Wordpress.com) Once it is released, I’ll tell you guys the code.

chobot: Yes all of your posts and comments, It will only work for Wordpress, and I may be able to be able to transfer posts from Blogger too, I’m still checking it out.
Also, If I could, I would like to reserve the name chobotscb.choblog.com cause thats my other blog.

What if you have a blog on blogspot? can you still keep it?
chobot: After you transfer your data from your blogspot to your ChoBlog, you will still be able to write posts and do anything you want on your copied Blogger blog.

chobot: CSS is Custom Styling Sheet – It is a type of coding in which you can learn how to customize a theme even further. Just Google ”what is CSS” for a better answer.

ChoBlog is coming out sooner than I thought! And YES, you CAN import all of your posts from your BLOGGER blog to your ChoBlog, and it won’t delete your Blogger blog or anything.

Ragu – There is a feature where you can put all of your comments into MODERATION to where you have to see all of them and approve them for them to be on your website – and delete the ones that are bad before your parents or anyone else can see them!!

Wow, that great. I’ve had my blog for over a year, I might try it, IDK. But it doesn’t mean my blog is about Chobots, I mainly right reviews about stuff you see on an everyday life… well everything except politics and cybering. Lol.
Idk if this was answered, but if you get choblog, will you still get to also keep the orginal link of your blog?
Yes, you can still keep the blog you imported from. Nothing changes on the blog you imported from.
